Prince Albert II of Monaco asked his friend Pierre Frolla, four-time world record holder in diving and a great defender of biodiversity in Monaco, to think about the immersion of an artificial reef, in tribute to the first oceanographer Albert Falco, a fellow traveler of Commander Cousteau.
